Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how return, discrepancy, and claim discussions are handled for B2B tire supply arrangements.

Return Eligibility

Because UROTAN TIRE INC. operates in a B2B tire supply context, returns are not handled like consumer retail returns. Eligibility depends on the written transaction terms, product condition, timing of the request, reason for return, manufacturer or supplier requirements where applicable, and whether the product has been mounted, used, altered, damaged, resold, or improperly stored. No return is authorized unless confirmed in writing by UROTAN TIRE INC.

This website is operated for business-to-business communication. It does not provide instant consumer checkout, and no sale is final until UROTAN TIRE INC. and the customer have confirmed product specifications, commercial terms, availability, delivery responsibilities, and any applicable written agreement.

Discrepancies And Claims

Customers should review product type, size, quantity, and condition as soon as practical after receipt. Any shortage, visible damage, incorrect product concern, or documentation discrepancy should be reported promptly with supporting photos, delivery records, invoice information, and a clear description of the issue. Commercial tire products may involve freight carriers or upstream suppliers, so timely documentation is important for evaluating available remedies.

Products that have been installed, driven, modified, improperly stored, or transferred outside the customer's control may not be eligible for return. Special-order, contract-specific, clearance, or custom-procured products may be final unless written terms state otherwise.

Return Process

If a return or claim appears eligible, our team may provide written instructions. Customers should not ship products back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned at the customer's expense. Approved returns may be subject to inspection, restocking charges, freight deductions, handling charges, or other terms stated in the governing transaction documents.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or other remedies depend on the agreed terms and the result of inspection or claim review. Processing timelines may vary based on freight coordination, supplier review, documentation completeness, and accounting procedures.

The tire market can be affected by product availability, transportation conditions, manufacturer scheduling, regulatory requirements, and changing commercial costs. Website descriptions, images, and price labels are for business evaluation and may be updated as our product programs change. We work to keep information accurate, but the website cannot represent every current size, inventory position, or contract term. Customers should rely on direct written confirmation from our team before making purchasing, resale, fleet maintenance, or operational decisions.
